Our Stance

Perhaps the rulers of ROBLOX don't realize that sending out their dragoons to kill our threads is going to worsen things. Don't delete this one.

Imagine a cruise boat in the middle of the ocean. It has a hole in it. There are no lifeboats. People propose the idea to take out a section of a wall to plug the hole. They are silenced because the owner refuses to lose anything, and threatens to throw them overboard if they try it. Now, the rich people just stand there, and wait for rescue, assuming things will work out. The people who want to plug it are doomed. If they kick out the the wall, they'll be thrown overboard. If they don't, they'll sink. They have a choice. They can either save the captain and rich people by plugging the hole, or they can kill everyone. They're choice is to plug the hole. They're altruistic action has saved everyone, but they are thrown overboard anyways. Later on, the hole re-opens, and no one has the courage to patch it. The boat sinks. No survivors. Had the captain realized the ones who wanted to plug the hole were right, everyone would have lived, but due to his greed, he has doomed himself.

Take a look at the last 5 updates these. Awesome, right? Games will become so much better, right? Wrong. 4/5 of them are BC only. It is biasing the whole game towards BC. Yes, BC should have more features, but this is seriously pushing it. 80% of new updates? That's a FREE game? When I joined, it was fair. 15 ROBUX a day, 10 places for BC, and BC could sell stuff.

It's not even economical! While Telamon may say that it encourages non-BCers to buy BC, he is dead wrong. He is not non-BC, and I am, therefore my opinion is far more valid than his could ever be. It doesn't make me want to BC. It just makes me angry. People will quit, and when people quit, more people will become angry and quit, until the whole society fails and crumbles. Some people will even harm ROBLOX by doing more than quitting, and ultimately being stopped by a gigantic ban hammer.

The time for talking is over. This is most likely our last chance to organize a large movement. ANYONE who agrees with me should PM me. What I'm thinking of shouldn't be posted on the forums, but it wouldn't require those who do to break any rules.

We're all in this boat together. We can keep the boat from sinking if we work together.

I tried to post a thread about this, it was met by hatred. I don't know what else I can say, everybody seems to have a set idea that the staff are living on a pension cheque between them or something.

What surprise were you thinking of?

Frankly, even the support of a few respectable people would be adequate surprise, but not enough reach. Getting 4 or 5 places which are dedicated to our cause on the front page and using the money from that to run ads which would basically take over all ad spots would help.

What sort of game did you have in mind to make the biggest impact?

Really, it's pretty open. It just has to be interesting, but show our cause. I think Free Empathy was a fairly good attempt at a place like that, all though, it needs to be more interesting to the average user and have a clearer message to the average user.

An obby or tyccon full of idiotic advertisments would work.
